Who stands behind each project
The Beacon Holding is the name of the group: five divisions and, behind them, two companies, Singular Beacon, S.L., in Madrid, and Digital Branding Ltd, the company we started out as in London in 2015. This page explains how it all fits together, how investment comes in and how to talk to us.

This page explains who is behind the group's projects and how to talk to us. It is information, not an offer: it is not a public offering of securities, financial advice or a general invitation to invest.
The terms of each deal are discussed privately, project by project, and are binding only once signed. Investing in early-stage projects carries a high risk, including the loss of the entire investment.
The companies
Two companies, one group
The companies are the ones that sign. The Beacon Holding is the name that brings all our brands together.
Singular Beacon, S.L.
The group's Spanish company, based in Madrid. It owns the websites of The Beacon Holding and gives its name to the consultancy, Singular Beacon, which sits at the center of the group.

The company we started out as: registered in England and Wales and founded in London in 2015. Today it is our heritage brand, and its work carries on at Singular Beacon.

The group
Five divisions, one shared home
Singular Beacon is the group's consulting firm, and the other brands grew up around it. The Beacon Holding arranges them in five divisions, by what they do.
Singular Services
We transform and train: Singular Beacon and The Singular Academy.
Singular Media
We tell stories: Singular Works, its three shows and Singular Editorial.
Singular Ventures
We create: businesses built around products of our own, in incubation, such as HybridMeM and the0racle, and the observatory family, Observatorio 360º.
Singular Investments
We invest: projects seeking investment, and investor relations.
Singular Community
We give back: Nuestras Causas, the group's social responsibility initiative.
What you invest in
Investment comes in project by project
In a specific project
What seeks investment are the group's projects, each with its own page and terms. Today, HybridMeM, which is preparing its round, and the0racle, which is in talks and has no round.
In its development, not in an account
What is financed is each project's development. Singular Investments provides no investment services and manages no third-party money, and the0racle takes no funds to trade the markets with.
With the structure set out in the dossier
How each deal is structured is set out in the project's dossier. HybridMeM's brand and code belong today to Singular Beacon, S.L.; at the0racle, the business decisions are still open.
With figures that are expectations
The amounts and valuations we publish are what we expect, not closed deals. No figure is a promise of results.
And, later on, incubated companies
The projects of the companies we incubate at The Singular Hub will join those seeking investment when they open their round.
