Our chairman
He is our chairman and hosts Profesionales Excepcionales, the weekly interview program from Singular Works.
An industrial engineer from the Polytechnic University of Madrid, he began in 1981 at INITEC, working on the development of the Ascó and Vandellós nuclear power plants. In 1999 he joined Schneider Electric, where he was commercial director in Spain and commercial vice president of its international renewables and services businesses. From 2014 to 2021 he was managing director of Yokogawa for Spain and Portugal.
Since 2022 he has brought that experience to Profesionales Excepcionales (“Exceptional Professionals”). Every week he sits down with a professional from engineering, business or technology and goes through their career and their more human side. He asks from experience: he too moved from technical projects to general management. The program is now in its fifth season.
As chairman, he puts that experience at the service of the group. He also advises other companies as an independent consultant and gives courses, master classes and talks for executives.
